CRGP Automation ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") is an AI automation agency based in Illinois that provides AI voice receptionist services and professional website development to businesses. These Terms govern your use of our website at crgpautomation.com and all related services.
2. Services
We offer the following services:
- AI Receptionist — A 24/7 AI-powered phone answering service that handles inbound calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments on your behalf
- Website Development — Custom website design and development including owner dashboards and booking integrations
Service details, features, and pricing are described on our website and may be updated from time to time.
3. Subscriptions & Payment
AI Receptionist Plans are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.
- All prices are in USD
- Annual plans are billed upfront and save 20% compared to monthly billing
- Overage minutes beyond your plan allowance are billed at the applicable rate
- Payments are processed securely through Stripe
- All sales are final — we do not offer refunds on monthly subscription fees already billed
Website Development is a one-time flat fee of $500, due before work begins or as otherwise agreed in writing.
4. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your AI Receptionist subscription at any time with 30 days written notice sent to crgpautomation@gmail.com. Upon cancellation:
- Your service will continue through the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be made after the notice period
- We will decommission your AI agent and remove your call forwarding configuration
5. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:
- Provide accurate business information needed to configure your AI agent
- Review and approve your AI script before go-live
- Ensure you have the legal right to record calls in your jurisdiction and notify callers as required by law
- Not use our services for any illegal, deceptive, or harmful purposes
- Keep your account and payment information up to date
6. Call Recording & Compliance
Our AI Receptionist service may record phone calls for quality and transcription purposes. You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable call recording laws in your state and jurisdiction, including obtaining any required consent from callers. We recommend consulting with a legal advisor regarding your specific obligations.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of CRGP Automation and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.
Upon full payment, you own the website we build for you. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
8. Service Availability
We strive to maintain high availability for the AI Receptionist service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (including VAPI, Twilio, or Google services), or circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of planned downtime.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CRGP Automation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to lost revenue, missed appointments, or data loss. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days prior to the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that our AI Receptionist will capture every call perfectly, book every appointment without error, or meet every specific business requirement without customization.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRGP Automation, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable laws.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
13. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes via email. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
