Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using crgpautomation.com or purchasing any services from CRGP Automation ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Services
CRGP Automation provides AI-powered business automation services including:
AI Voice Agent — 24/7 automated call answering, lead qualification, and appointment booking
AI Lead Response System — Automated social media comment and DM responses
Full Automation Suite — Both services combined
All services are custom-built and configured specifically for each client's business.
2. Eligibility
By using our services you represent that:
You are at least 18 years of age
You have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of your business
The information you provide to us is accurate and complete
You will use our services only for lawful business purposes
3. Setup Fee and Subscription
3.1 Setup Fee
A one-time non-refundable setup fee is charged at the time of signup:
Voice AI Agent: $800
AI Lead Response System: $600
Full Automation Suite: $1,000
The setup fee covers the cost of building, scripting, configuring, and testing your custom automation system. This fee is non-refundable once the build process has begun.
3.2 Monthly Subscription
Monthly subscription fees begin on your go-live date — not your signup date:
Voice AI Agent: $397/month
AI Lead Response System: $297/month
Full Automation Suite: $597/month
Subscriptions are billed automatically on the same date each month via Stripe.
3.3 Annual Subscription
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront at a 20% discount and are non-refundable after the first 30 days.
3.4 Call Minute Overage
Voice AI Agent and Full Automation Suite plans include 1,000 minutes of call time per month. Additional minutes are billed at $0.20 per minute and added to your next monthly invoice. You will receive a usage report at the end of each billing cycle.
3.5 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days written notice to active clients. Price changes will not affect your current billing cycle.
4. Payment Terms
All payments are processed securely through Stripe
You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for all fees
Failed payments will result in a 5-day grace period before service suspension
We do not store credit card information — all payment data is handled by Stripe
All fees are in US dollars
5. Go-Live Guarantee
For Full Automation Suite clients, if your agent is not live within 7 days of your script approval — and the delay is solely due to our failure to deliver — your first month of subscription is free. This guarantee:
Applies only after you have approved your custom script
Does not apply if delays are caused by client response times or third-party integration issues
Is limited to one free month and does not apply to setup fees
6. Cancellation Policy
6.1 Monthly Plans
You may cancel your monthly subscription at any time with 30 days written notice to crgpautomation@gmail.com. Your service will remain active through the end of the current billing period.
6.2 Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled within the first 30 days for a prorated refund of unused months minus the setup fee. After 30 days annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
6.3 Effect of Cancellation
Upon cancellation:
Your AI agent will be deactivated on your go-offline date
Your phone number will be returned to its previous configuration
Call recordings and data will be retained for 30 days then permanently deleted
We will provide a final usage report upon request
7. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during onboarding
Review and approve your custom script within 3 business days of delivery
Ensure your phone number and calendar integrations remain active
Notify us promptly of any changes to your business, services, or scheduling process
Not use our services for any unlawful, deceptive, or harmful purposes
Comply with all applicable laws regarding AI-powered communications in your jurisdiction
8. Compliance with Communication Laws
You acknowledge that:
AI-powered call answering may be subject to federal and state telecommunications laws
You are responsible for ensuring your use of our services complies with all applicable laws including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and any state-specific regulations
CRGP Automation is not liable for any regulatory violations resulting from your use of our services
It is your responsibility to inform callers that they may be interacting with an AI system where required by law
9. Intellectual Property
9.1 Our Property
All software, systems, workflows, and automation infrastructure used to deliver our services remain the exclusive property of CRGP Automation.
9.2 Your Content
The custom scripts, business information, and brand voice we develop for your agent remain your intellectual property. Upon cancellation we will provide you with a copy of your script upon request.
9.3 Feedback
Any feedback or suggestions you provide about our services may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.
10. Confidentiality
We will keep your business information, call data, and client details strictly confidential. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.
You agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, pricing, or systems shared with you by CRGP Automation.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
CRGP Automation's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities
We are not liable for service interruptions caused by third-party providers including Vapi, Google, or telecommunications carriers
We are not responsible for missed calls or leads during scheduled maintenance or unexpected outages
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
A specific number of calls answered or leads captured
Specific revenue or business growth results
Uninterrupted or error-free service at all times
That our services will meet every specific business requirement
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CRGP Automation, its founders, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
Your use of our services
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any applicable laws or regulations
Any claims by your customers related to AI-powered communications
14. Modifications to Services
We reserve the right to:
Modify, update, or improve our services at any time
Discontinue features with 30 days notice
Update these Terms at any time with notice to active clients
Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Illinois.
16. Dispute Resolution
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to first contact us at crgpautomation@gmail.com to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make good faith efforts to resolve any issues within 14 business days.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and CRGP Automation regarding our services and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
